Our Story

Founded by two ambitious entrepreneurs—and husband and wife—Jinal Jhaveri and Forum Desai. They had already built successful SaaS companies with remote teams.

Opened first offices in San Francisco to connect talented engineers from Latam with startups in the US.

Opened office in Costa Rica.

Expanded our services to 100s of clients including fast-growing startups funded by top investors like A16z, Sequoia Capital, and Accel, among others.

Launched a tech platform to address the demand for remote talent due to COVID and grew the company by 200%
