I’m a Technical Recruiter based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Passionate about what I do and fueled by curiosity, I genuinely enjoy connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities and being part of the ever-evolving tech world. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching movies or series, or getting lost in a good book.

What initially attracted you to engineering and how have you found inspiration in this career?
With a background in Psychology and several years of experience in Technical Recruitment, I’ve always been passionate about understanding people and connecting them with the right opportunities. What initially drew me to my current role at Mismo was the chance to work on highly specialized, niche positions for U.S.-based clients. I found it exciting to be part of building teams and to be fully engaged throughout the hiring process. What inspires me most is the high level of collaboration we have with our clients. We take the time to deeply understand their business and specific needs, which allows us to make thoughtful, impactful hires together. It’s incredibly rewarding to go beyond the surface and play a meaningful role in helping their teams grow.

What innovation or achievement have you participated in that you consider to be a milestone in your professional career?
A few years ago, I had the opportunity to be part of the recruitment process for a startup focused on SaaS solutions, chatbots, and AI. It’s one of those projects I truly cherish—it had a profound impact on me both personally and professionally. Being involved in building teams from the ground up required a strong analytical and technical understanding of each role, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. That experience challenged me, shaped me, and played a pivotal role in the professional I am today.

What made you choose Mismo?
I was drawn to Mismo by the opportunity to work remotely alongside an exceptional group of professionals—people who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely supportive on a personal level. I also truly enjoy contributing to the growth of our recruitment team and seeing how we continue to evolve together.

Working remotely alongside professionals from different countries adds a truly enriching dimension to the experience. What learning and development opportunities have you had at Mismo and how have you utilized these opportunities to grow as a professional?
At Mismo, we often work on highly specialized, hard-to-fill roles that demand a deep understanding of niche technologies and market dynamics. To support these searches, we regularly conduct Market Research Analyses, which allow us to discuss the availability of specific technologies and talent with our clients. These moments consistently offer valuable learning opportunities and spark meaningful conversations within our team. We also frequently hold sessions with our CTO to technically review the roles, helping us grasp the complexity behind each position. These experiences have played a significant role in my professional growth.

What is your personal vision of a future where gender equity is a reality in all organizations, including Mismo?
I envision a future where gender equity is simply the norm—a natural and integral part of how organizations operate. A workplace where everyone, regardless of gender, has equal access to opportunities, recognition, and growth. Where diverse perspectives aren’t just welcomed, but truly valued. And where leadership at every level reflects that diversity. In this future, women step into leadership roles with confidence—heard, recognized, and celebrated for all they bring to the table. A future where they don’t have to conform to outdated expectations to succeed, but can grow while remaining true to who they are. At Mismo, I already see that vision taking shape. What aspects of working at Mismo’s Ops team make you proud and motivate you in your daily tasks?
One of the things I’m most proud of is my team’s mindset: we’re makers. We’re driven to make things happen—and to do them well. We’re intentional about every step of the process because making a real impact truly matters to us. We’re a tight-knit team that genuinely supports one another every step of the way.

How do you believe the company and engineering can positively impact the world, people’s lives, and make a difference in their respective industries?

Never stop learning—keep investing in your growth. Strong organizational and time management skills truly make a difference, especially in a fast-paced, remote environment like ours. And above all, let dedication and effort be your compass. That mindset will take you far.

What tools or technologies do you use most frequently in your daily work as an engineer at Mismo?
I work daily with ATS platforms, calendars, and task management tools. I also leverage AI for research and content support. But my favorite tool by far is continuous learning—staying curious and always seeking to grow is essential to how I work.
