As a QA Engineer, I’ve found purpose in ensuring product quality and advocating for the user experience. I especially enjoy collaborating with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and continuously expanding my knowledge in this field.

I contributed to improving internal QA processes and communication, particularly on financial and insurance projects. By ensuring greater data clarity and more thorough validation, we reduced errors, helped prevent potential customer loss and financial impact, and improved overall product quality.
